New Yoga Classes
Starting from January 8th 2018
Monday 6.15pm Mondays 7.30pm
Mixed Level classes: easy & hard options given, work at your own pace.
These classes are a fusion of traditional Yoga poses/ corrective exercise
techniques / sensory drills & functional movement to improve mobility, balance,
flexability, strength & wellbeing.£7 "pay as you go" or
£60 for block of 10 (to be used within 12 weeks on any classes)
Men & Women welcome. Minimum age 16 years.
Adele has 26 years of experience teaching Fitness & Yoga.
