YOGA & MEDITATION

Hayley is an Akhanda Yoga teacher, with a passion for sharing the
traditional Practice of Yoga. Her classes leave you feeling lighter,
brighter, calmer, more energised & blissful.
The class is 90 minutes of yoga which is suitable for begginers & regular practioners alike.
Expect to have at least 15 - 20 minutes of relaxation with a guided meditation
at the end of the class to leave you feeling blissed up!
£7 for 1 class £30 for 5 classes (purchased at the start of the 5 week course).
